Must haves: expertise in InDesign, sharp headline and copy-editing skills, knack for technology, a positive and collaborative newsroom style, with a deep sense of journalistic responsibility - and a sense of humor. Experience minimum: Two years in a similar professional newsroom role, or serious experience with a college daily combined with copy-editing internships. Pluses: Interest in the Web, Photoshop skills, graphics experience and the potential to grow into a management role. Mid- to upper-20s. Great town on kayak water, near the beach.
